Refund Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your wrestling belt must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized wrestling belts cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Process:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate an exchange. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Return and Exchange: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item. After we receive and inspect the returned belt, we will ship the new item to you.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and shipping the new item unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your wrestling belt arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Service team.We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or providing a full refund, depending on your preference.
