At The Belts Zone, we ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange your wrestling belt. Please review our return and exchange policy below to help guide you through the process.
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your wrestling belt must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized wrestling belts cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Start by contacting our customer service team. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: Pack the wrestling belt securely in its original packaging and include your return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
